Tanya O'Callaghan - White Snakes, Dee Snider, The Coors

Tanya O’Callaghan – this woman is simply a phenomenon! The Irish-born session bassist made a name for herself early on in her career, always touring with several bands at the same time and appearing on various Irish TV shows. She later moved to her adopted home of Los Angeles, which further boosted her career. Tanya O’ Callaghan has been known for her love of Sadowsky basses for many years. Our instruments enable the “Irish Tornado” - as Whitesnake boss David Coverdale likes to call her during band introductions - to find the right sound in any style of music. Tanya has toured, written and recorded with legends such as Whitesnake, Bruce Dickinson (Iron Maiden), Maynard James Keenan (Tool/APC), Dee Snider (Twisted Sister), Steven Adler (Guns N Roses), Nuno Bettencourt (Extreme), Michael Angelo Batio, The Riverdance, The Voice and many more. Tanya is also a passionate activist for animal and human rights issues and is massively committed to environmental protection. Thanks to her whole food, plant-based diet and lifestyle, plus a love of yoga and fitness, the bassist is in top physical shape for what can often be an exhausting life on the road.
