Through the use of his proprietary special electronics, light-weight tuners and selected tone wood, Roger has raised this MetroExpress 21-Fret Vintage M/J 5-String Bass to a whole other level! Features of this bass include a light-weight solid Okoume body finished in Solid Sage Green Metallic High Polish with a transparent pickguard, a roasted maple neck and a morado fingerboard, this is one fantastic looking and playing bass that we are sure you will love to play! Our MetroExpress basses are the easiest way for you to access that famous Sadowsky tone: Never harsh or shrill sounding, with strong, powerful but never muddy bass, with present, but not too aggressive mids, and a sweet, airy treble.

Body

Okoume gives you a bass that is not only light in weight but also very resonant, with a full, warm and round tone. We hand select each piece of Okoume to ensure a beautiful, even grain pattern and excellent tonal qualities. For players who prefer a lightweight bass.

Neck

A neck made from roasted maple that features a double action truss rod for precise neck adjustment.

Fingerboard

Our Morado (Pau Ferro) fingerboard gives the Sadowsky MetroExpress bass a sweet, warm and mellow sound with good tonal definition.

A Sadowsky MetroExpress Quick String Release Bridge for quick and easy string changes. Features a chrome finish and 18 mm string spacing.
